🇺🇸 US Shipping Policies (For Stocked Items)

Processing Time In-stock orders are generally shipped within 1 to 3 business days.
Carriers and Pickup Times We have a daily pickup from USPS at 2 PM Central Time and a UPS pickup (Monday through Friday only) at 3 PM Central Time.
Alaska, Hawaii, and International Shipments Shipments outside the continental 48 U.S. States are sent by U.S. Postal Service Priority Mail (HI & AK) or U.S. Postal Service Global Priority Mail (Canada and other countries) unless a different option is selected at checkout.
International Guarantee/Refunds International shipments are not guaranteed and are not refundable, regardless of package tracking status. It is the purchaser's responsibility to ensure the package can be delivered to their destination (due to customs holds or non-scanning issues).

 

🇨🇳 China Shipping Policies (For Supplier/Warehouse Shipments)

 

These conditions apply to products shipped from supplier or warehouse locations in China:

  1. Shipping Start: Items will ship in 3 to 15 days after the payment is successful.

  2. Address Accuracy: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes, especially via carriers like DHL or FedEx. All parcels must be sent to a correct physical address. An incorrect address will cause shipment delays, so double-check before submitting the information.

  3. Shipping Calculation: If you want to use specific accounts (like DHL, TNT, UPS) or ship to countries not shown, you must notify us of the preferred shipping freight before completing the payment.

  4. Additional Charges: Import duties, taxes, and other customs charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These fees are the responsibility of the receiver.

  5. Courier Change (Free Shipping): Regarding "free shipping," we reserve the right to change the courier in order to dispatch more smoothly or quickly.

  6. Carrier Responsibility: We are not responsible for any accidents, delays, or other issues that occur due to the shipping service (i.e., issues caused by the courier).
