Damage and Issue Notification

 

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

 

Exchange Process

 

• Fastest Exchange: The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

• Defective/Damaged Exchange: We only process exchanges for defective or damaged items. To initiate the exchange process, you must first email us at info@vezironline.com to notify us.

• Shipping Address: Once your exchange request is approved, you are required to ship the product to the address specified by us in our response email.

Refund Approval

 

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether the refund was approved or not.

• If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

• Please remember that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us for assistance.

 

Right of Withdrawal (European Union)

 

If products are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. Your item must meet the return eligibility requirements listed above.
