1. General Returns and Eligibility

General Return Window Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your item and return it within the 30-day period.
Eligibility Your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. It must have its tags still attached and show no visible signs of wear or use.
Non-Returnable Items Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged. Other items exempt from being returned include food, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids/gases.
Fastest Exchange Method The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

 

2. Exchange Procedure (Including Defective/Damaged Items)

Initiating an Exchange To initiate the exchange process, you must first contact us by emailing info@vezironline.com to inform us. Once your exchange request is approved, you will be directed to ship the product to the designated address.
Defective/Damaged Exchange We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, you must email us at info@vezironline.com first.
Exchange Shipping Address Once your exchange request is approved, you will be instructed to ship the product to the address specified by us in our response email. (For approved defective or damaged exchanges only).

 

3. Refunds and Fees

Unwanted/No Longer Needed If the customer simply wants to return the item (e.g., they are not happy with it), a refund will be issued on the product amount, minus a 25% restocking fee.
Damaged Product Refund Damage claims must be reported within thirty (30) days. If clear photographic proof of damage is provided (including UPC and packaging), a full refund on the product will be issued.
Shipping Costs Shipping fees are non-refundable. You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Return to Sender (RTS) Packages returned to sender (due to incorrect address, refusal to accept/pick up) are generally subject to a refund less a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges.
Refund Processing Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund is processed automatically to your original payment method. Please note that bank/credit card processing times vary.
